At Winmau, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality darts equipment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Winmau account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Ensure all darts, boards, or accessories are placed back in their original retail packaging with all components included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your returned sports gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
